KS screen

The program provides access to the key total indicators of commercial service by means of any electronic device, round the clock, from any place in the world.

A system excludes risks of distortion of information, provides quick access to necessary information, displaying the grouped data on managements of any compatible device.

The KS screen - "Screen of Commercial Service" - a component of the Mobile Center program which five more elements enter, in particular:

• balance of the movement DS
• shipment
• inclusions on the biggest customers
• other reports

The KS screen is the system of the recorded reports which show a current status of activity of commercial service in specific day, month.

The KS screen – about 30 different indicators which are updated daily and repeat on a certain algorithm.

Visually the KS Screen consists of four parts:

1. the name of an indicator, for example, accomplishment of the management plan of regional sales on inclusions;
2. a digital indicator, accomplishment of the plan as a percentage which is highlighted in color: green – management is in a zone of accomplishment of the plan, red color – a risk zone, shows lag from planned targets;
3. a table part where information undersigns in more detail (for example, the tonnage according to the plan and to the fact, the forecast of inclusions for a month);
4. graphical representation of data in the form of the chart or the diagram.

Development is performed within project implementation for Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant (ChTPZ).
