Moscow area, sanatorium dispensary Domodedovo district of the Moscow region (Traktir: Head-Office)

The ClientSoft company automated restaurant in sanatorium Moscow area in the Domodedovo district of the Moscow region. The Sunrise Group company which provides services in public catering in different sanatoria of Moscow area and other regions of the Russian Federation acted as the project orderer. The central office of the Customer is located in Moscow. As the first automation object the restaurant was selected from sanatorium Moscow area. The Customer was faced by a task to replace an old system with a new modern system which will allow the management to manage effectively objects of public catering from the central office.

The restaurant represents the dining room on 300 seats in the main body of sanatorium. A power supply is organized on the buffet system, there is also a custom menu, complex lunches and bar. At will guests of sanatorium can order a power supply in number. The scheme of work is organized as follows. Formation of technical process charts, cost accounting and production are performed at the central office in Moscow and transferred to an object. Directly at restaurant acceptance of goods on a warehouse, internal transfers and inventory is performed. Also at restaurant retail prices for piece products which are sold through bar form. Data on sales are daily transferred to the central office.

The ClientSoft company offered the equipment and the software which allowed to automate jobs of the bartender-cashier, storekeeper and administrator at restaurant and also to organize jobs of cost accountants at the central office.

As the program of management accounting the specialized software product for restaurants "was selected by Traktir: Head-Office" in which all basic functions of accounting are implemented: production accounting, arrival, holiday, movement, write-off, goods revaluation, supplier returns, cash and banking activities and others. This product is ideal for network management of independent objects of public catering since the principle is the cornerstone of its work: "Each restaurant of network is a part of one whole well debugged mechanism and at the same time it is independent unit with the specifics and responsibility for everything that in it occurs". For automation of a workplace of the bartender-cashier the software product of a class the front office "was selected by Frontol. Restaurant" in which all necessary functions on registration of sales and service of guests are implemented. Also in the program "Frontol. Restaurant" data exchange mechanisms with the program "Traktir are well debugged: Head-Office". Now data on sales arrive from "Frontol. Restaurant" in the distributed base "Traktir: Head-Office", set at restaurant. After that data are transferred to the central base "to Traktir: Head-Office" in Moscow.

Within the project specialists ClientSoft performed the following works:

• Formation of the offer with several options of automation of restaurant with the managing center in Moscow, demonstration of functionality of a hardware and software system;
• Supply of equipment (POS system, personal computers) and software ("Frontol. Restaurant", "Traktir: Head-Office");
• Installation and setup of the equipment and the software in workplaces at restaurant and the central office of the Customer;
• Rendering consulting services to employees of the Customer (the bartender-cashier, the storekeeper, the administrator, cost accountants) on work in the new automation system.

At the moment a system is brought into operation. The ClientSoft company performs technical and consulting maintenance of the Customer. Further the Customer is going to automate other objects of network based on the selected solution.
