Product "Traktir: Head-Office v1" is intended for creation of full management accounting at restaurants and other catering establishments, including, and in network of institutions. The configuration allows to conduct work with primary documents, in a convenient type to analyze costs and revenue of the enterprise, to estimate a business condition in general and also in details, on each aspect of activity. As a result of automation of institutions of public catering with the help "Traktir: Head-Office" heads and owners of business receive the clear tool for acceptance of high-quality management decisions.

In "Traktir: Head-Office v1" are implemented all basic functions of accounting: arrival, holiday, movement, write-off, goods revaluation and dishes, supplier returns, cash and banking activities and other transactions. For accounting of specifics of public catering complete production accounting, including work with calculations and technical process charts, a possibility of editing the list of the used ingredients in production, calculation of planned and actual cost of dishes, work with analogs, spices and semi-finished products is implemented.

To the solution of managerial tasks in "Traktir: Head-Office v1" is helped by the block of reports which allows to analyze activity of each institution as separately, and on network of institutions in general, to define profitability, to identify groups of the goods and dishes making the main profit and loss. Flexible opportunities of report settings allow to obtain information in a type, convenient for the analysis.

During the work with network formats the configuration allows to build uniform price policy of network with availability control of categories of the prices within separate institutions, to perform the centralized formation of supplier orders taking into account requirements of each institution, to use the system of internal orders.

"Traktir: Head-Office v1" supports a broad set of a retail store equipment, including different cash software, scanners of barcodes, data collection terminals, scales with printing of labels that allows to keep simultaneous account of the enterprises of a public catering and retail in the single database, including, and in the distributed structure.

Configuration "Traktir: Head-Office v1" is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work.

The configuration is protected from illegal copying by the hardware key and has the code fragments which are not subject to change by users.
