The 1C-Rarus company completed significant project stage of automation of Construction Management No. 7 Fundamentstroy Ltd. End-to-end information system "1C: Management of the construction organization" helps the company precisely and in time to buy and deliver the materials which are required at construction on objects. Time for formation of summary supplier orders is twice reduced. 100% of orders are made out in time thanks to what materials are delivered on objects in necessary time. Management accounting of the enterprise is arranged, the decisions made by the management became more reasonable, timely and effective.
Construction Management No. 7 Fundamentstroy Ltd works at the construction market 17 years. With participation of the company more than 70 objects in Moscow and Moscow area, including panel and monolithic built houses are built.
The main objective of the company – to guarantee high-quality execution of works, to hand over objects under construction just in time. For this purpose it is required quickly, timely and in the necessary volume to deliver the materials which are required for construction of houses. Before the material requisition were accepted by phone managers of office from workers on an object. There were cases of distortion of information on quantity and the nomenclature of the required material resources (MR). It was difficult to set responsibility: could be mistaken both at dictation of orders, and at their record. Terms of accomplishment of orders could also not be observed – paper accounting did not allow to control whether in time the application for these or those MTR was received.
Further information accepted from an object was transferred by managers of office to suppliers, and in case of existence of errors in the order, on an object the materials which are not corresponding to real requirements the cost of the planned order arrived and actual could differ significantly. At such organization of work it was difficult for enterprise to adjust rhythm and timeliness of supply of materials.
The company management needed to create an information system for the solution of the following tasks: · Planning of operational needs for the material resources (MR); · Purchase planning and vendor relationship management; · Traffic control of MTR; · Carrying out plan-fact cost analysis on construction on each object; · Ordering of management accounting of the enterprise; · Conducting accounting and tax accounting according to relevant requirements of the legislation.
When choosing a system the management relied on the recommendations of accounting service which successfully used for a long time software products of 1C Company.
The 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform - reliable, fault-tolerant and adapted for specifics of the Russian business became a basis for creation of a system. For the productive solution of assigned tasks the program "was selected by 1C: Management of construction organization 8", corresponding to industry specialization of the company.
Involved 1C-Rarus in project implementation - Intensive Center with wide experience of automation of the construction enterprises of any scale.
At the moment technological department, services of logistics and accounting are automated. The information system functions on two construction objects and a warehouse.
As a result of implementation "1C: Management of construction organization 8" work of service of logistics is optimized:
- Process of a design of purchases of all necessary resources is automated, beginning from clothes, finishing with construction materials – concrete and a brick.
- Today purchases of MTR go according to the end-to-end scheme. Orders form in a system directly on construction objects. Employees fix both quantity, and the name of required MTR. Then on the basis of these documents managers of office supplier orders form.
- Incorrect transfer and acceptance of information when forming the order for materials, losses of information as a result of forgetfulness of managers of office are excluded.
- Time for formation of the summary order of MTR from all objects to suppliers was reduced by 50%.
Employees are given an opportunity to accurately trace terms of formation of orders and to control timeliness of their accomplishment. It is possible thanks to fixing in the system of date and time of creation of the document of the order. At any time the user can check a status of the order made by it. As a result of 100% of supplier orders form in necessary time.
- All procurement process of MTR, beginning from formation of the order, finishing with delivery of materials to an object, takes 2 days.
