Kaspersky Work Space Security in the Ministry of Education of the Penza region

Softline performed delivery to the Ministry of Education of the Penza region of the licenses to use Kaspersky Work Space Security - solutions for protection of workstations, notebooks and smartphones against all types of modern computer threats.

The Ministry of Education of the Penza region is public institution which main objective of work – support and strengthening of a system of the general education as a factor of development of economy of the region and also quality assurance, availability and efficiency of education in the conditions of upgrade of a regional education system. The corporate network of the organization integrates 83 users and 90 workstations.

Due to the increase in number of threats of information security of the organization the management of the Ministry decided to strengthen protection of the PC and servers of corporate network against malware and spam mailings. "We wanted to pick up the software product which already well proved in the Russian market, – Mikhail Khromov, the chief specialist expert of the Ministry of Education of the Penza region tells. – Besides, it was important for us that the manufacturing company of the solution could offer services of technical support service".

The main results of implementing solutions of Kaspersky Lab – ensuring the highest level of protection of computers and servers of the organization against modern Internet threats: viruses, espionage and other malware, phishing, spam and hacker attacks.
