Moscow. February 13. INTERFAX.RU - Founders of JSC Pharmacy Chain 36.6 Artem Bektemirov and Sergey Krivosheyev sold the share in Pharmacy Chain 36.6 to structures of the co-owner of the Moscow Credit Bank (MCB) Roman Avdeev, reported to Interfax several sources familiar with a situation.
"The transaction is closed", - told one of sources.
According to materials of pharmacy chain, A. Bektemirov and S. Krivosheyev owned 40.01% of pharmacy chain through 36.6 Investments Limited and also on 3.62% directly. Thus, partners sold about 47% of the shares "36.6".
On closing of biddings on February 12 stocks of "Pharmacy chain 36.6" at the Moscow Exchange cost 18.43 rub apiece. Thus, 47% of the company can cost about 909.52 million rubles.
The co-owner of MKB Roman Avdeev refused comments. In "36.6" also refrained from comments.
Earlier Bektemirov and Krivosheyev left the structure of Board of Directors "36.6". Besides, A. Bektemirov conceded the post of the CEO of the company to the head of A.v.e Group Vladimir Kintsurashvili after A.v.e and "36.6" in November of last year was announced intention to merge assets.
A. Bektemirov and Krivosheyev began to be engaged in pharmaceutical business in 1997 when they purchased three pharmzavod who were united afterwards in JSC Veropharm. Then partners began to be engaged in pharmaceutical business and created "Pharmacy chain 36.6" which became the owner of 100% of a pharmproizvoditel.
Bektemirov became the Chairman of the board of directors of JSC Veropharm.
