Biography

Alexander Anatolyevich Fayfman (Saratov, Russia was born on August 10, 1967) is the Russian producer, the First Deputy CEO — the general producer of shopping Mall Channel One.

Education

• Graduated from theatrical faculty of Saratov state Conservatory of L.V. Sobinov (V.Z. Fedoseyev's course), then worked at the Saratov television. In the late eighties — the founder of the Saratov rock club. Drummer of the Funeral Bureau group. The brother of Alexander — Efim Anatolyevich Fayfman — the author of texts to songs Aleksandra Buynova.
• From 1995 to 1996 — the artistic director of a rate at Institute of television and broadcasting.
• From 1996 to 1997 — the art director of the VID advertizing agency.
• From 1997 to 1998 — the chief director, the deputy chief producer of NTV. From 1998 to 2001 — the chief director, the deputy general producer of VID TV company.
• Since 2001 — the general producer of ORT television channel.
• Since September, 2002 till present — the First Deputy CEO and the general producer of shopping Mall Channel One.

Awards and achievements

• The member of Academy of the Russian television since 2001.
• The member of the international teleacademy EMMY Awards International since 2008.
• Five awards "TEFI" in the Producer of Year and The Best Entertainment Program nominations (projects "New Year's Eve on NTV", "Stars on Ice", "Circus with Stars", "Ice Age").

The owner of three awards "Ovation" in The Best Video Clip, The Best Director and The Best Show nominations.

• In 2006 for a big contribution to development of domestic TV and radio broadcasting and long-term fruitful activity Alexander Fayfman was awarded with the State award Order of Honour.
• In 2009 it was conferred an award of the State Committee on Physical Training and Sports for promoting of sport in the Ice Age teleproject.
