Implementation of technologies of the portal provides interaction more than 200 employees of "the Moscow Brewery"

The Asteros Consulting company developed a corporate portal for the Moscow Brewery on the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

Solution

On the Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform consultants of Asteros Consulting implemented tools for joint work of employees within divisions and project teams, including maintaining the general calendars and task scheduling. On the portal the possibility of the publication and viewing analytical reports for which data are dynamically loaded from the different systems is also provided. Users can browse contents of folders and documents and also to subscribe for notifications on emergence of new information and on the made changes.

The portal is integrated with the applications "1C: Payroll and Personnel", Microsoft Office and Outlook, the Active Directory directory. It allows to provide access from pages of the portal to up-to-date information about an organization structure of the company and to the reference book by employees with their contact information. Means of SharePoint help to order meeting rooms, to give and trace requests in IT department. On the portal schemes of premises with a possibility of online viewing images from the webcams installed in the territory of buildings are published.
