Main objective of activity of the Center of innovations is quality improvement of life of citizens of the Russian Federation by development of the industry and agriculture, assistance to creation in Russia of the non-oil economy based on deep processing of raw materials and production of products with high value added.
The center of innovations implements the federal project "the PARK: industrial and agrarian regional clusters". Now project participants are Stavropol Krai, the Rostov, Saratov and Omsk regions. In general, the strategy of the Center of innovations assumes creation of clusters – PARK objects in considerable number of the subjects of the Russian Federation having the corresponding natural advantages.
