In the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation the implementation project of the integrated e-document flow management system is complete

For the benefit of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation) and according to the won tender the IT company completed the project of creation of the integrated management system for document flow and an automated system of placement of information on the Internet portal of judicial authority of the constitutional control.

Sources

The IT company won in the open competition held in March, 2011 on project implementation "Delivery and installation of the integrated management system for document flow and an automated system of placement of information on the Internet portal of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation". The cost of the public contract was more than $4 million.

Project objective − development of an automated system of information support of primary activity of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.

Solution

The following functional units were a part of the created system:

• The workflow system (legal proceedings) of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation – the basic system providing electronic support of legal proceedings in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation
• The system of placement (publication) of information on the Internet portal Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation
• System of optimization and automation of work of IT service Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation
• Complex of the software and hardware tools providing information support of activity of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

Within the IT Academy project "Support of Judicial Reform" carried out advanced training of employees of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in the field of IT management, administration and monitoring of network equipment, protection of networks and also on the products VMware vSphere.
