The Tyumen regional clinical hospital No. 1 completed the next stage of implementation of ISU

In GBUZ of the Tyumen region "Regional clinical hospital No. 1" the next stage of the project of automation of financial and economic activity based on software "PARUS-the Budget 8" implemented by Budget Inform LLC company is completed.

Details

Within this stage of the project processes of accounting of arrival and own production of medicines, holidays of the medicines (M) in departments, traffic control of a LAN, formation and stock accounting of a LAN in drugstore and in warehouses are automated. Process of the automated personified accounting of a LAN is at the moment put into trial operation (write-off on the specific patient). Function of data loading about medicines using electronic waybills from suppliers is developed that allowed to reduce considerably time expenditure of specialists of accounting, the warehouses and drugstore entering information on arrival of Inventories into the system.

Result

In general use of ISU led to considerable decrease in labor input of accounting, increase in efficiency of work with partners and the speed of acceptance of management decisions in working conditions with a large number of information: total number of partners of organization exceeds 60,000, and the number of economic transactions reaches 150,000 in a year, the staff of hospital exceeds 2 thousand employees.

In an information system control of consumption of medicines according to requirements of the legislation on the organization of a system of the personified accounting of providing privileges for providing with medicines is implemented.
