Content

"Elbani of Dore Sistems" - the Russian department of the producer of high-speed industrial gate together with Dugoba LLC completed an implementation project of an automated system of accounting and management based on 1C: Integrated Automation 8.

Background

Till a certain moment of development of the company accounting in its divisions, was organized in separate information systems and spreadsheets, and a part of information did not even find the reflection in them. It became difficult to managers to provide effective customer interaction and between services of the company, quickly to receive to the sales analyst and service maintenance - subscriber and warranty. Labor costs, time for collection of information and formation of consolidated statements increased. There was a need of consolidation of accounting processes of divisions for unified information environment.

Taking into account relevant business challenges, such as sales increase and fall forward of response to requests of clients and also development perspectives, company management raised a question of implementation of a new automated system of accounting and management. The main requirements imposed to a system:

  • Ensuring high data processing rate;
  • Existence of convenient services for the managers allowing them to select quickly optimal variants of solutions for clients and to organize harmonious joint work;
  • Acceleration of gathering of intelligence about a current status of the company in necessary cuts.
  • Optimization of operating activities and increase in controllability of business were key project objectives.

On analysis results of the market of inexpensive, easily adaptable software products, the company management stopped the choice on the solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8" constructed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The main arguments for such choice were:

  • Possibility of maintaining in uniform information base of the managerial and regulated accounting;
  • Possibility of reflection in the program of all main operations on business activities from purchase and delivery before installation and service maintenance of the equipment;
  • Openness of a system for its adaptation to business processes of the enterprise;
  • Low cost of the standard solution;
  • Existence of a necessary support and maintenance.

Solution

The project is executed by a joint team of specialists of Dugoba LLC and "Elbani Dore Sistems". The new information system allowed:

  • Improve coordination of actions of responsible persons of divisions of the company. Processes of an execution of the transaction, deliveries of the necessary equipment, promotion of services of service, are followed by notifications of a system now. At the same time it is possible to keep track accurately of correctness and timeliness of actions of responsibles;
  • Increase the speed of response to requests of clients and increase sales by 10% thanks to operational order processing;
  • Improve quality of service maintenance taking into account specifics of rendering services on places, mobility of service crew. It was succeeded to reach it due to optimization of the diagram of service, providing a minimum safety stock of the most demanded materials and nodes, their reservation under clients. Such data as the spent materials on service maintenance by responsible persons and the amount of the half-received income on warranty services of service are controlled;
  • Strengthen control of cash flows of the company. Planning process became simpler, the objectivity of cash flow analysis increased;
  • Reduce by 1.5 times time for preparation of summary information on activity of the enterprise for parent organization.

Results

Such tasks, essential for the company, as process optimization of processing orders of buyers and report generation with required analytics are solved. As a result it was succeeded to increase by 10% sales and without additional efforts to receive the summary reports conforming to corporate standards of the head company.
