Finnish "Gasum" starts implementation of a full-scale ERP system

The Digia company signed with the Finnish gas company of Gasum the six-year framework agreement on software development. At the heart of the ERP system project on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 platform.

Basis and plans

Project objective - the complex support of business processes of Gasum Group directed to increase in internal efficiency, resource management process optimization, improvement of the reporting.

Within this Gasum project will have an opportunity of fast adaptation to future changes of business processes and an organization structure. A new ERP system of Gasum will cover processes of distribution, energy management, management of financial, material and human resources, integrity managements, project managements, partner relationship managements and also the possibility of optimization of management of transport logistics will be prepared.

The project of creation ERP system Gasum is started in March, 2012. Approximately development will be fully completed by June, 2014. Except directly creation of a system the project provides integration of new ERP with the existing IT systems and also training.
