The national center of scientific and technical information implements the solution of control of budgeted expenses

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) implemented the project on automation of budgeting and treasury in "The national center of scientific and technical information" having applied product of the line of "BIT .FINANS".

Solution

Project implementation of automation of process of budgeting is connected with need of processing of large volumes of information, operational planning of budgets with a possibility of distribution of cost items by the CFD, types of activity, projects, agreements. In an analysis result of software products for budget enterprise management, the leaders of "The national center of scientific and technical information" made a choice for benefit of the BIT .FINANS system developed based on 1C:Enterprise 8.

Specialists of BIT carry out setup and installation of the software product and also training and consultations of users in work in a system. During an implementation project the goals of automation are completely achieved.
