Labor activity of the beginning in 1978 the inspector on state revenues of Kurtinsky district finance division. In 1985 graduated from the Kazakh state university of al-Farabi.

After the termination of the university received specialty - jurisprudence. Then held a number of positions from the legal adviser to the personnel manager of the Almaty regional finance division, the head of legal department of the Almaty Management of treasury and Management of Committee of financial control on Almaty.

Since April, 2006 till present holds a position of the Vice president of JSC National Center of Scientific and Technical Information. Specializes in area of an implementation of works and consultations of the guide to the following questions:

• the solution of legal and personnel problems, according to the legislation of RK;
• ensuring personnel management;
• legal protection of interests of the organization in different state and judicial authorities;
• implementation of steady and effective work of the organization, current and perspective plans of business activities, including planned financial indicators;
• effective and target use and safety of the property assigned to the organization;
• accomplishment of contractual commitments by the organization;
• problem solving of modernization and reconstruction of the organization;
• use of legal means for improvement of management of the organization;
• observance of ecological requirements, in organization activity;
• preparation of drafts of the current and perspective plans of business activities of the organization, including financial performance, in terms and as it should be, determined by JSC NTs NTI together with the staff of the Center and directors of Departments;
• preparation of drafts of data on the financial and economic reporting.
