2014: Revocation of license

The Bank of Russia revoked since December 10, 2014 a license for banking operations from the Moscow JSC Trade and Construction Bank, says the regulator.

According to the Central Bank, the bank did not observe the requirement of the legislation in the field of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and to financing of terrorism regarding the timely and complete direction in authorized body of data on the transactions which are subject to mandatory control. At the same time the credit institution was involved in carrying out doubtful operations on funds withdrawal abroad in large volumes.

According to the order of the Bank of Russia, in JSC TSB the temporary administration valid up to the moment of appointment of the receiver or the liquidator is appointed. Powers of executive bodies of credit institution according to federal laws are suspended.

The bank is a participant of deposit insurance system. According to data of the reporting, on the value of assets he took for November 1, 2014 the 494th place in a banking system of the Russian Federation.
