300 employees of PJSC Crédit Agricole Bank work with a corporate system IT Enterprise

PJSC Crédit Agricole Bank is universal bank which owner is one of the largest financial groups of Europe – Credit Agricole Group (France). The bank works at financial market of Ukraine since 1993 and provides a full range of modern banking services to corporate and private clients.

ERP system of Information technologies IT Enterprise corporation is in commercial operation in PJSC Crédit Agricole Bank since 2010. As a result of the tender the management of bank stopped the choice on a corporate system of management as the main platform for business process automation of bank, not connected with banking activities.

Main objectives of the project - support of processes of centralization in bank, increase in effective management of a branch network, improvement of techniques of planning and accounting of activity.

"We consider the project in Crédit Agricole Bank not only as the project of automation of activity, but also as the project of business process reengineering and cost optimization", - Shcherbatenko Oleg, the CEO of Information technologies company reports.

Today in PJSC Crédit Agricole Bank using a corporate system IT Enterprise, the following processes are automated:

  • Budgeting and financial planning;
  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Fixed asset accounting of HMA, MHMA;
  • Personnel management and payroll;
  • Management of contract contract activities;
  • Purchase management, planning and expense control;
  • Management and control of use of material resources;
  • Control of transport and real estate;
  • Electronic document management and electronic archive.

"As a result of replacement with a centralized system of IT Enterprise различных local program systems which were installed at head office of bank and in its branches we unified techniques and processes and also optimized cost management of bank", - Protsenko Sergey, the director of the department of information technologies of PJSC Crédit Agricole Bank says.

According to the management of PJSC Crédit Agricole Bank the implementation project of a corporate system of management IT Enterprise is completely justified investment into business development. The effective system of interaction and use of solutions based on the ERP system IT Enterprise allow to optimize and improve the processes connected with intraeconomic activity of bank.

  • Business processes (purchases, personnel management and payroll, management of fixed assets, accounting and tax accounting, budgeting, etc.) in branches and the central office of bank are centralized.
  • Business processes, techniques of planning and accounting are unified.
  • Transition to business process management in real time is executed".

As of March, 2012 more than 300 employees of PJSC Crédit Agricole Bank work with a corporate system of IT Enterprise version 9.11. In process of implementation of new features of a system the number of users of a system constantly grows.
