The logistic company "Stalvit" automated management of transportations using the solution "1C-Rarus: Transport logistics and forwarding". The company management needed to optimize process of transportation of goods, and the decision on automation of the corresponding business processes was for this purpose made. Taking into account specifics of the enterprise the platform selected a product, developed 1C-Rarus.
Using the implemented system basic processes of management of transportation of goods are automated: order management, management of loads, control of vehicles and accounting of settlement. Improvement of efficiency of activity of the automated services, reduction of time of execution of orders, quality improvement of work of personnel and the made management decisions became project deliverables.
