The monitoring system allows to control all major processes, including payment of services, collecting and drawing of accounts, availability and quality of functioning of services of technology network, the systems of billing and customer relations. In a project deliverable the operator received significant economy of resources of system engineers and administrators of the key systems that is especially relevant at continuous growth of the park of a computer hardware in the company which requires close attention of these specialists.

In VimpelCom company such solutions as BMC Patrol/BMC PM Portal, Bell Integrator Monitoring Suite and Business Objects XI were implemented. Its scale became feature of the project: Bell Integrator implemented the Centralized system of monitoring in all Russian regional divisions VimpelCom and acquired companies in the CIS countries. Thus, TsSM allows to control huge IT infrastructure with thousands of servers, tens of thousands of workstations and stations of technology network, hundreds of servicing programs.

The head of Service "Data processing center" of JSC VimpelCom Alexander Trikoz tells that about 70 servers and 60 thousand standard modules of monitoring are involved in a system. On average in a week on the basis of results of monitoring about 200 incidents are detected and solved. "For the last ten years, – Alexander Trikoz comments, – we passed several stages of development of a corporate system of monitoring: from awareness of need for monitoring before ordered processes. Already at the first stages the key indicator of efficiency evaluation of a monitoring system of MTTR decreased up to 5 minutes. The monitoring system in the territory of Russia and the CIS countries will extend and be improved further together with business of the company. Together we will be able to provide the continuity of all business processes depending on operability of IT infrastructure".
