In AFK "Sistema" the Portal of Board of Directors is implemented

The solution "Portal of Board of Directors" is created based on the hi-tech Microsoft SharePoint 2010 platform and SITRONICS IT is unique development. A main objective of implementation of the Portal of Board of Directors (SD Portal) is providing the effective multifunctional tool to top management for operational work within collegiate organs (Board of Directors, Board, special-purpose committees).

Within the project specialists SITRONICS IT automated the main process steps of work of Board of Directors and Committees, such as planning, preparation, holding meetings and also control of execution of solutions. The single intuitive graphical interface of the portal allows to participate in meetings in the online-mode, providing each participant with all necessary tools and resources for remote work from any place in the world, from the terminal or from the personal computer (for example, with iPad).
