In March, 2012 specialists of Edelink company release upgraded version of the Central Archive application intended for network hotels.
The Central Archive application provides collecting and synchronization of data on guests, accumulation of incentive points and the issued discount cards between all hotels of network.
The application can be on the server deleted in relation to hotels in the central office of management company. Synchronization of data of archive and hotels is made via the Internet. In addition to data exchange with an ACS Edelweiss, the additional interface for viewing statistics and obtaining reports by users of the central office is provided.
Key characteristics of the Central Archive application are:
- Deep integration with an ACS Edelweiss, use of a single system of management of databases.
- Possibility of creation in a chain of hotels of uniform policy of use of discount cards, bonus points and so forth.

- Automatic change of type of the card of the guest at accumulation of a certain amount of points
- Accumulation of bonus points locally in a DB of hotel and totally in Central Archive
