Electronic archive of Management of the property relations of ZATO Seversk

ELAR corporation completed the project on creation of Electronic archive of Management of the property relations of ZATO Seversk. Within the project the hardware and software system on the basis of a management system for the ELAR SAPERION electronic archive and also a complex of scanning of ELAR Planskan A1-Ts3R was set.

The color scanner of A1 format with an optical system of 3D scanning and the laser sensor allows to scan plans, schemes and affairs with the minimum impact on the paper original. The electronic images received as a result of scanning are loaded into the ELAR SAPERION system which provides to the staff of Management of the property relations online access to technical documentation and provides reliable data storage.

Earlier the hardware and software system on the basis of the ELAR SAPERION system was implemented in archive of Administration of ZATO Seversk. In a project deliverable the staff of administration got the round-the-clock access to documents which can be read, printed, sent by e-mail, to receive consolidated statements. The request is serviced in real time in several minutes. The scanning equipment and the software which is a part of a complex allows to process up to 3000 documents a day.
