Content

SAPERION (SAPERION) is the powerful software platform integrating technologies and techniques of the organization of corporate content management (Enterprise Content Management - ECM) and also business process managements of the enterprise (Business Process Management - BPM).

The SAPERION system is installed and works more than in 2000 organizations worldwide. Abroad successful implementations are performed in public institutions, the known financial institutions and the large companies. In Russia more than 300 projects in such industries as are implemented: industry, oil and gas sector, state agencies, cultural institutions, etc.

A system has the FSTEC certificate and meets all safety requirements imposed by the international and Russian laws on the information systems intended for work with confidential information and personal data.

In Russia and the CIS the SAPERION system and solutions on its basis are implemented by Electronic Archive Corporation (ELAR Corporation).

On September 8, 2016 ELAR SAPERION is included in the unified register of the Russian software. The product developed by ELAR corporation is recognized by Expert advice at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation to the corresponding rules of formation and maintaining the unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases.

Functionality

A system gives all opportunities on the organization, management of electronic information resources, effective use and their development on the scale of the organization. The maintenance of electronic information resources can be the most different and include images of the scanned documents, text materials, applications files, documents XML, drawings, schemes, maps, audio and videos and also other types of information. A system integrates a set of processes which were traditionally executed separately: document flow, resource management of the enterprise, processing of images of paper documents, document storage and data and also allows to organize effective interaction between structural divisions, departments and branches.

SAPERION supports complete lifecycle of management of documents: from scanning, processing and registration before automation of process of approval, appointment of contractors, reliable storage of the document taking into account all access rights and end-to-end information search, both on internal content of the organization, and on external resources.

  • Input of documents and data. Automation of processing of incoming documents (scanning, recognition, verification; import of electronic documents from external information systems and applications; support of stream input, loading of single documents);
  • Document registration (manual and automatic indexing);
  • Design of a business process model of the organization and distribution of responsibility for their accomplishment at the level of the project of an organization structure;
  • Execution of processes according to the regulating documents and also collecting of statistics about execution;
  • Control of execution and the analysis of statistical data about execution of processes and also key indicators on them;
  • The reliable and protected document storage, preserving of all versions of the electronic document, providing online access to documents and data: quick search of necessary documents, variety of forms of search;
  • Integration with third-party information systems of the organization for import of the document and its registration information and also ensuring access to documents via the interface of these systems;
  • 'Corporate search'. A system gives an opportunity to perform end-to-end intellectual search of important information, both on internal resources of the organization, and on the Internet. A system has such high-level searching tools as: search of different word forms, support of special search characters, search of synonyms, etc.

In addition SAPERION has a wide range of the add-on modules developed especially for archiving and management of documents and also creation of the geographically distributed systems:

  • automatic text recognition and barcodes;
  • morphological (indistinct) document retrieval according to contents, including for the scanned documents;
  • possibility of automatic and mass converting of documents in a universal format of data view of TIFF Gr.4 or PDF (PDF/A) for providing to removed WEB CLIENTS of access to documents of all formats (.cad, .xls, .doc and others);
  • automation of processing procedures of archive documents: from creation of inventories and passports of archives before write-off of documents in archivings;
  • possibility of use of additional program servers for control of the equipment – storages of documents on hard drives and robotic drives;
  • possibility of use of additional program failsafe servers of backup copies of data for mirroring and providing access at failure in operation of the equipment, or drives;
  • possibility of use of additional program servers for ensuring connection with SQL databases and communications of client groups at creation of a geographically distributed system;
  • monitor and control of system operation, security and maintaining event logs;
  • possibility of installation on cluster systems, etc.

System architecture

The SAPERION system is implemented in the client-server architecture which provides powerful benefits for large enterprises with a geographically distributed branch network.

The SAPERION system can be installed in different configurations depending on the customer's tasks, however without fail SAPERION consists of one area for data loading to which all authorized users and also a primary server and clients can have access (see the scheme).

When it is required that any group of specific tasks was executed on the separate equipment, the SAPERION system can be expanded additional client and server licenses.

The used SOA architecture allows to perform fast and easy integration with different information systems. Integration of ECM functionality into the existing infrastructure of the company is performed using the provided API interfaces.

The principles of modularity and scalability put by system developers allow to use only those components which will provide required functionality. Implementation of SAPERION can be begun with installation of a system in the minimum configuration. Step by step, in process of acquaintance to advantages of management of electronic information resources of the organization, using SAPERION, the functionality can be significantly expanded for the most effective application of accumulated information.
