Cadillac Exclusive (Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts)

Summary: 1C-Rarus completed the project on automation of accounting in Kadillak Eksklyuziv LLC. Today the company which is engaged in release of an exclusive series of cars does the business using industry solution "the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts", developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. This software product allowed the management to receive and use quickly data on different aspects of activity of the company.

Kadillak Eksklyuziv LLC is engaged in development of a special series of the Cadillac cars having special training and differing in the highest level of comfort, the maximum personalisation of an interior and additional exclusive options. Cars are created on the individual project of the customer, using the most high-quality and natural materials.

To the management "Cadillac Exclusive" was required to create an automated system of accounting for obtaining operational information about a company performance. The industry solution "was for this purpose selected by the Alpha Car: Car service + Auto parts", developed taking into account features and requirements of a car business.

For project implementation specialists 1C-Rarus which automated the following processes of the customer were invited:

• Goods receipt, return of goods to the supplier, the order of goods at the supplier, correction of deliveries.
• Order placement and car sale.
• Distribution and reservation of receipts by orders of buyers.
• Revaluation of a commodity remaining balance, inventory of warehouses, movement and goods write-off, regrading.
• Printing of payment orders, accounting of cash flow in cash desks and on checking accounts, a design receipt and cash payment orders.
• Merchandising, settlement with partners, cash flow, income and expenses, managerial balance, the analysis of sales, the regulated reporting, accounting of repair and history of cars, accounting of development of contractors of autoworks, planning of loading of repair zones, the analytical reporting (ABC and XYZ the analysis).
• Tracking of a status of the document for the analysis and control of business operations

Systematization and increase in efficiency "Cadillac Exclusive" were promoted by program capabilities:

• Maintaining uniform card file of vehicles.
• Search of clients in different data: VIN, No. of the car, Full Name, etc.
• The unified, uniform reference book of the addresses containing coordinates of customers, sellers, potential clients and employees.
• Storage of history of cooperation with all clients.
• An opportunity for work of managers only with the clients.
• Tracking of efficiency of managers.

The archive of a photo and graphics images allows the company of a message the history of creation of each of unique cars.
