ELAR corporation announced in May, 2012 project completion on creation of the system of electronic archive (SEA) of primary accounting documentation for the staff of the Accounting center JSC Novolipetsk Metallurgical Combine. Use of SEA considerably will simplify processes of consolidation of the reporting, carrying out internal and external audits and levels risks of loss of documents.
The project solution of Electronic archive JSC NLMK is developed on the basis of software package ELAR SAPERION and integrated with an accounting system of 1C. SAPERION provides full control of information resources of divisions of the company and allows to manage data entry, indexing, search and document handling.
The developed system of electronic archive provides online access to financial data and the reliable structured storage of "supporting documents". Thanks to automation of process of input of documents in SEA the staff of financial department has an opportunity to check reliability of credentials in 1C, having opened the scan images of signed documents.
