Was born on December 16, 1947 in Kemerovo, Russia.
Education
1967 - graduated from the Kemerovo chemical technical school.
1974 - graduated from evening department of the Kuzbass polytechnical institute, having received qualification "Mechanical engineer".
Career
1968 - the mechanic at the Kemerovo plant "Karbolit".
- worked as 1968-1988 at the Kemerovo coke-chemical plant where there passed the way from the mechanic - the repairman, the master of team of mechanics of by-product recovery departments, the mechanic to the production manager.
1988-1991 - the technical adviser at Kremikovsky iron and steel works in Bulgaria as a part of group of the Kemerovo koksokhimik.
