The IBS company will develop IT strategy for Industrial metallurgical holding. During the project it is necessary to create the concept of information technology development till 2015. This document is designed to define the main directions of works and projects in information technology field for management company and the enterprises of holding.

The relevance of development of IT strategy is caused by need to develop uniform policy in the field of information technology development in holding as to the vertically integrated structure and to provide the required level of development of IT infrastructure and support of business processes.

Consultants of IBS should carry out the analysis of key business processes and also a complex research and the analysis of IT infrastructure of the enterprises. It will allow to estimate efficiency of the existing IT solutions, level of their compliance to current demands and business challenges of the company in the future. Based on audit and formalization of strategic objectives it is necessary to develop and protect before the management of management company the concept of information technology development till 2015.
