Content

Encourage Company completed implementation of the CRM system.

Background

Expansion of the state and sales volume revealed the difficulties connected with lack of a uniform information field, data loss, maintaining long-term projects, not to mention lack of the general vision of the situation, there were no uniform working standards.

The Encourage Company made the decision on automation of process of customer relations by a vnedreniyacrm-system.

"Before implementation of the CRM system in the company each manager on a desktop had several databases. Information was duplicated, it led to confusion and failures in work. For the solution of this problem it was necessary to consolidate all available databases in one and to give to employees the clear and effective instrument of work with it" - Olga Beganskaya, the consultant of Encourage Company noted.

Solution and Contractor Selection

The feature of the project is that the staff of Encourage Company works at Mac OS compatible not to all CRM systems. In the course of the research of the market of Kazakhstan the staff of Encourage Company came to the Sanatel Consulting company specializing in implementation of CRM systems. Jointly selected the solution on the Terrasoft platform as it is optimal on price relation and qualities. The customizability of a system allows to customize a system for accomplishment of tasks of the specific company that was important, considering very difficult specifics of work of Encourage Company.

After the analysis of offers the choice stopped on the Samara company "Software technologies".

Solution

According to the project, a system automatically traces a status of the current transactions and analyzes information on the closed deals, and also estimates profitability of sales. Depending on the carried-out tasks the transaction stage automatically changes that allows to see dynamics of conducting sales in real time and also removes a task of the routine reporting from managers.

The system of bonus calculation of managers and consultants, taking into account the number of the concluded bargains, the provided trainings and employment of the consultant was in addition automated. Also in the project the possibility of carrying out the packet deals including several projects is considered.

Terrasoft XRM is not intended for work under MacOS, however specialists of Software technologies found a way out.

"To implement the client's wishes, we started the Terrasoft application on the server of the terminal access unrolled on Windows Server. Thus, the client could work in usual to him to the operating system via the server, using at the same time all available functionality of Terrasoft XRM" - Alyona Ovsyannikova explained, the consultant for implementation of CRM of Programmnye Tekhnologii LLC also added, - It was the first experience of absolutely remote project on implementation of the CRM system. However the distance did not prevent to conduct examination and to reveal needs of the client, and then to implement a system and to train employees. Permanent communication with the help of phone, mail and Skype created effect of presence, and the customer was aware of promotion of the project".

Result

System implementation met positive assessment of employees as need to enter orderliness to process of work with clients was realized long ago.

Establishment of an order in work of managers, an exception of loss of information, harmonious work among all large projects managers became a result of implementation.
