CNH-KAMAZ Commerce automates normative and operational accounting in the company

The Microtest company completed the complex project for the producer of the agricultural and construction equipment - CNH company on the 1C Platform. In product quality for implementation "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8" are used.

Tasks

Instruments of operational and regulated accounting of a trading activity taking into account requirements not only the Russian legislation, but also according to international standards and features of management systems of foreign co-owners are necessary for recently created company.

As the partner for project implementation the Microtest company is selected.

Solution

On the basis of the 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 configurations are automated:

• accounting and tax accounting;
• accounting of trade operations, contractual relations with customers and suppliers;
• accounting of goods and revenue according to IFRS;
• formation of the payment schedule on partners;
• formation of the management reporting;
• integration of solutions of CNH company with systems which are used in the headquarters of non-resident shareholders: management system for orders of GOF, ERP solution Adonix, Oracle Hyperion EPM system;
• integration of the created solutions with the client bank, a payroll system, the system of the customs broker of CNH company.

Results

By estimates of specialists of CNH company, after end of the complex project the labor input of accounting and tax accounting, accounting of commercial transactions was reduced not less than twice. As a result of implementing solution the Sieneych-KAMAZ Kommertion company also moved to a new level of production planning: keeping track of the number of orders and the signed agreements, company executives adjust production volumes.
