MFC of the public and municipal services of the Republic of Bashkortostan (AIS MFC Open Source)

The "Implementation of an Information System of Automation of Activity of MFC of the Republic of Bashkortostan" project implemented by LANIT company became one of winners of competition "The best free project of Russia in a public sector 2011". The Russian association of the open source and the Linux Format magazine acted as organizers of tender. Encouragement of the best implementations of the free software upon transition of federal authorities and federal budgetary institutions to use of the open source according to the order of the Government was the purpose of tender.

The project of LANIT gained the greatest number of points and was unanimously recognized judges the winner in the Electronic State Services nomination. The awards ceremony was held on May 16, 2012 within the exhibition "Svyaz-Expokomm-2012" in TsVK "Expocentre".

By request of Republican public autonomous institution of the Multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services of the Republic of Bashkortostan specialists of LANIT implemented standard automated information system of support of activity of the multifunction centers (AIS MFC Open Source) in the territory of the republic.

Implementation of the AIS MFC allows to implement effective interdepartmental information exchange and interaction within end-to-end administrative and managerial processes, to provide quality of information maintenance of services of MFC and also convenience and comfort of physical persons and legal entities, at their receiving.

The LANIT company developed and configured taking into account the current legislation of 60 standard services and also developed interdepartmental requests, necessary for rendering these services, in appropriate authorities. Specialists carried out integration of an information system into the Register of social cards of the Republic of Bashkortostan for authentication of the citizen at the appeal to MFC operator.

The software of an information system of support of activity of MFC is created in 2008 and afterwards is finished by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation within the federal target program "Electronic Russia".

The AIS MFC is implemented based on freely distributed open source software. Specialists of LANIT used the JBoss Application Server 5.1.0 application server, the Firebird Database Engine v2.5 database management system, an instrumental set of support of development of Java Development Kit 1.5 (1.6).
