AIS MFC OPEN SOURCE

The AIS MFC - Automated information system of the Multifunction Center - automates all basic processes proceeding within MFC, connected with rendering services.

Treat such processes: internal activity of MFC (from documents acceptance from the applicant before issue of result to it) and interaction of MFC with the authorities participating in rendering service. In addition, a System provides a possibility of the publication of the comprehensive information on the Internet about the services rendered using MFC, including about the events and the facts connected with the course of rendering services.

Automation of MFC allows to increase awareness of physical persons and legal entities on the rendered services, to provide quality of information maintenance of process of rendering services, to increase efficiency of specialists of MFC at provision of services.

As additional services in the multifunction centers acceptance of citizens' appeals and consultation on rendering services are organized. Providing these services is also executed by means of the AIS MFC.

Integration into regional portals of public services is allowed that gives the chance to display information on services of MFC on these portals and to trace the course of rendering the stated services.

The solution of the AIS MFC is developed by Department of complex projects LANIT in 2008 by request of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and is distributed by this department for free. The AIS MFC is implemented based on freely distributed open source software that allows to reduce the costs for implementing solution connected with runtime royalty fees on the system software.

Among the main innovations implemented in the system of the AIS MFC it should be noted its compliance to the changed requirements of order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 796 and a full integration with regional infrastructure of the electronic government. Now MTsF can become full-fledged operator of interdepartmental interaction and perform routing of all interdepartmental requests in the region that is provided with the library of standard adapters developed by LANIT for interaction of the center with federal authorities and library of services of service providers of regional authorities. In the new version of the AIS MFC emphasis on implementation of a possibility of providing complex services is put. For this purpose in composition all complex of information and methodical support of activity of MFC was provided: there was information booth, integration into social cards of certain regions is implemented (in particular, with the social card of the Republic of Bashkortostan), the consultation mechanism is implemented, the possibility of expanded setup of execution of services taking into account life situations is provided.
