Heads of Russian Post will become more mobile

In 2014 Russian Post is going to implement a mobile workplace of the head which will provide interaction from used in the EDMS organization from iPad tablets, follows from the documents of federal state unitary enterprise published at the end of June.

The solution is intended for increase in mobility and efficiency of participation of heads of Russian Post in office-work processes. According to Russian Post, in total 50 people - Deputy CEOs and upper managers will use mobile jobs.

Using a new solution heads of Russian Post will be able to approve and approve the documents which arrived on their name, to consider the documents which arrived on acquaintance, to conduct preparation of initiative instructions and to monitor execution of the instructions delivered on control and also to perform document retrieval.

In requirements to a mobile workplace it is specified that information transfer should be performed only on the mobile devices which were previously authenticated. Also the possibility of restriction of functions on work with documents for finding of the head on a holiday should be provided.

EDMS with which heads of Russian Post will be able to work from tablets is implemented on the DocsVision 4.5 platform and is used in the organization since 2011. According to Russian Post, as of 2014 the total quantity of users of a system makes 1300 people, of them daily actively working – about 600-800 people. Within processes of exchange of documents with branches 90 branches, about 450 users are connected to the central EDMS.

EDMS provides automation of a full stroke of work with documents: registration, execution, approval and control of execution. The management subsystem office-work and processes and the modules "Detailed Reports", "Standard Process of Approval of Documents", "Management of Documents of Archive" and the module of claim and claim activity is a part of EDMS.

In 2014 within the organization of interaction from the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications it is going to implement the protected exchange of documents between EDMS of Russian Post and EDMS of the ministry, said in documentation of federal state unitary enterprise.
