Moscow State Institute of Electronic Technology (MIET) (BOSS-personnel officer)

The IT company (file) will execute the complex project at Moscow State Institute of Electronic Technology. Within the project on the basis of technology of the IT-Kard adapted especially for universities the system of identification of employees and pupils of institute integrated with the software package "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER" will be implemented.

The project starts in November of the current year. At its first stage reorganization of information and technology infrastructure of higher education institution will be executed. The second part of the project provides creation of a system of access isolation in premises and to resources on the basis of technology of IT-Kard. At the initial stage in a system use of 2000 smart cards is planned, further their number it is going to increase.

Within the third part of the project implementation of the software package "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER" from IT company is planned. A personnel system, in addition to functions of selection and accounting of personnel, will be used for the analysis of level of competence of teachers and employees. Calculation wage plans in the system of a message is not planned. Registration of personnel will be integrated with the system of access isolation and with the automated control system for university developed by specialists of MIET.

According to terms of the contract, no changes and completions of a standard configuration of the software product are provided. Probably, all necessary functionality will be implemented using the available systems capabilities. In total for work with the program 15 jobs will be created. The project is going to be completed at the end of the current year.
