The Intensive Center "SoftBalance" completed the next stage of the project on implementation of the 1C: Accounting 8.0 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.0 systems in the Interstep company which is engaged on production and trade in covers and other phones accessories. By this moment 20 jobs are automated.

The enterprise made the decision on business process automation of conducting the regulated accounting, registration of personnel and payroll in separate independent information systems to provide them big flexibility and a possibility of adaptation to constantly changing legislation.

Works on creation of an accounting system were conducted from February to June, 2006. Inspection and creation of terms of reference took about two months, within the next month transfer of reference books and opening balances on accounts of accounting and tax accounting was executed, and then two more months works on setup of the software product were carried out.

In May works on automation for HR department began. Within a month inspection was performed and the conceptual model of future system was developed. In September completion of model in connection with changes of requirements of the customer was carried out, then completion of a standard configuration was executed.

Data exchange mechanisms between the used programs and the systems of 1C, including for loading of issue and receipt documents, synchronization of the reference information, unloading of payment documents were created. Besides, data exchange between configurations of 1C for directory synchronization and also unloading/loading of receipt and issue documents according to the schemes "arrival to an expense", "expense in arrival" was adjusted.
