The 1C-Rarus company automated operational accounting of the wholesale and retail enterprise "Redkom" product introduction 1C: Trade Management 8.

Background

For quality improvement of management, the management Redk set the task of business process optimization, namely: avoid losses of information, organize accurate planning, minimize time expenditure on data processing, provide consolidation of all users in one information environment. For this purpose it was required to implement in retail network and in divisions of the central office a modern information system.

Solution

One of advantages of the project, taka the organization of remote work of a project team 1C-Rarus at which the Customer could optimize costs considerably. With the help "1C: Trade Management 8" the flexible information system for integrated management of trade enterprise integrating work of the central office and Redkom retail stores is created. During the project more than 100 jobs are automated.

According to assigned tasks centralized operation by trade process in network of retail outlets and in divisions of the central office on the following functional units is automated and put into operation:

• Purchase planning and sales;
• Purchase management;
• Management of pricing;
• Production of computers;
• Distribution of goods in retail network;
• The automated data exchange between divisions;
• Intra-corporate reporting system.

According to the associate director of Redkom LLC Borodin Pavel Yuryevich: "System implementation of operational accounting gave the chance to optimize the most part of routine procedures for data entry in a system due to use of flexible mechanisms of data loading from the MS Excel files provided by suppliers of the enterprise. It allowed to avoid, first of all, errors in accounting, to increase employee performance and also to displace focus of work with the accounting system from input of primary information towards its analysis that has key value for the enterprise in the current economic conditions".
