The network of supermarkets Star implements the solution of upgrade of an information system

The 1C-Rarus company completed the project on automation of network of supermarkets Star on the basis of the solution "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8".

Task

Due to growth of number of shopping facilities and amount of the database, the company new more technological and modern information system was required.

The management of retail chain stores announced the tender which the 1C-Rarus company with the software product "won against 1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8".

Solution

On the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform the information system integrating 10 supermarkets of retail chain stores is created. As a result of project implementation the management received the flexible tool for conducting operational accounting and the analysis of trade processes of the enterprise. More than 90 jobs are automated.

Result

The solution automates business processes:

Sales management, including:

• Assortment management.
• Order management to suppliers.
• Production management.
• Accounting of cash flows.
• Management of merchandising

Implementation of a new information system provided to the Customer several advantages:

• The unified information system including 10 shops of network is created.
• It is provided the consolidated information at the Central office on all 10 shops of network for the analysis of business processes of trade enterprise.
• Basic processes of management of divisions are centralized: formation of orders.
• The base of electronic orders is integrated into a system.
• The normative reference information is generated according to the standards approved for all enterprise.
• Reliable control of self-produced production is provided: automatic calculation of quantity of the made products, proceeding from the sales forecast is conducted.
