Kamminz LLC manages activity of department of spare parts using the automated system created by data center "1C-Rarus" on the 1C: Enterprise platform.
Task
For improvement of working conditions of sales managers and control of the main business processes of the enterprise, the company management of Kamminz LLC made the decision on large-scale conversion of the operating accounting system. As the partner in automation the 1C-Rarus company was invited.
Before specialists of 1C-Rarus company a number of tasks was delivered:
- create the system allowing to perform process of reservation of spare parts;
- make possible formation of the analytical reporting;
- provide synchronization between the existing databases for elimination of a zadvaivaniye of information;
- automate the main business processes of the enterprise.
Solution
During the project on the 1C: Enterprise platform it is automated:
- the block of accounting of orders and sales z / h — supply management of spare parts — from acceptance of the order before its accomplishment. A system includes documents — Order to the Client, Supplier order, Invoice, "Adjustment of Supplier Orders" and reports allowing to control passing and a status of orders from the moment of their receipt before issue of parts to the client;
- the block of accounting of work of service — specialized documents are created: "The request for repair", "Return from the subreport", Damage statement and the reports allowing to fix the performed works, to trace work of service in a day: the made repairs of engines and oborudovaniye, amount of the spent material in the course of repair;
- the block of accounting of orders and sales of engines — supply management of engines – from acceptance of the order before its accomplishment. Using documents: "Calculation on the engine", "The order for engines", are made out requests of the customer for acquisition of the engine, predesign of its selling cost taking into account a freight, duty, broker services, transportation, a margin, etc. is performed. Using the report "The order of engines" it is possible to browse an order status by the partner, specifications of the engine and the document of the movement (the order, adjustment, shipment);
- the block of a mesh warehouse — is developed the specialized interface with documents: "The receipt warehouse order", "Order movement", "The payment warehouse order" – receipt, movement and shipments of goods, to throw spare parts between warehouses on other store cells, to write off the goods from warehouse cells allowing to trace.
Result
During the project specialists of 1C-Rarus company create the common information space allowing in a real mode of time to control the main business processes of the enterprise.
The company management received the unified information system allowing to receive and use quickly data on different aspects of activity of one of the main directions of the enterprise. Keep operational accounting of data on orders and sales. Make the analytical reporting under work of service.
Opinion
According to the head of sales department of spare parts of Kamminz LLC Sinelnikova Elena, the created information system normalized work of a warehouse, allowed to pass to a new step in customer service. Thanks to operational data exchange, duplication of documentation is eliminated. Twice information processing time at managers of sales department decreased.
