The 1C-Rarus company automated Korzina supermarket based on standard industry solution 1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8".
Background
For optimization of work of personnel and also the maximum satisfaction of needs of buyers, the company aims to use modern technologies in the field of retail automation. With respect thereto the management of supermarket announced holding an open tender among the implementation companies based on which the victory was won by the data center "1C-Rarus" which presented standard industry solution "1C-Rarus: Shopping complex. Food products, edition 8". This software product developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform most corresponds to specifics of trade of the Customer.
Solution
As a result of implementation the automated control system for the main business processes including is created:
- sales management:
- assortment management;
- pricing.
- vendor relationship management;
- order management to suppliers;
- production management;
- accounting of settlement;
- cash accounting;
- management of a retail store equipment.
Result
Control automation by deliveries allowed:
- manage vendor relations (to analyze proposals of suppliers and to select an optimal variant of cooperation, to fix the prime and alternative vendors);
- manage orders (including, to conduct automatic calculation of optimal quantity of the ordered goods);
- to quickly make decisions in case of failure of arrangements with suppliers.
Automation of accounting of production of finished goods and semi-finished products in workshop at shop gave the chance:
- analyze structure of compoundings of products and goods in different cuts (the amount of ingredients and quantity of products received from them automatically is calculated);
- obtain information on goods and their substitutes on quantity, the prices and a priority of replacement;
- analyze production for the selected period by quantity of the turned-out products with detailing on each ingredient.
