The 1C-Rarus company completed the project of automation of service of accounting and execution of transactions of Domostroitel Group.

Task

In 2007 in Group implementation of a new information system based on software products of 1C of version 8.1 began. Today in it financial and production divisions of Group work.

Automation of service of accounting and execution of transactions based on the individual solution on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8 became one of stages of implementation of a new information system . Trade management".

For completion of automation of service of accounting and execution of transactions of Group the data center "1C-Rarus" was invited.

Specialists of 1C-Rarus company conducted a research of the developments existing for this moment and also assessment of requirements of the customer.

During implementation functional management subsystems by transactions, sales agreements of the real estate, adjustment of parameters of agreements according to supplementary agreements, change of property, implementation of an object through assignment of the rights under the agreement, management of offsets in case of moving of the buyer from one apartment purchased in House-builder, in another, belonging to the same company, or the company entering into holding, etc. are automated.

Result

The management of House-builder Group received several advantages in creation of a common information space for work of service of accounting and execution of transactions.

The project is complete within a month. All jobs of service of accounting and execution of transactions are automated.
