"Kama trading house" completed implementing solution of consolidation of data of retail chain stores

The branch of 1C-Rarus company in Kazan completed an implementation project of the 1C: Consolidation 8 system in Kama Trading House LLC.

Goal

Considering a difficult economic situation and the increased competition on sales market of buses in Russia, the management of TD "Kama" made the decision to strengthen control on a number of indicators of activity of subsidiaries:

• reliability and tough terms of providing reporting;
• accounts receivable management;
• sales and logistics of products on places.

Specialists of TD "Kama" conducted a research of automation systems for the solution of assigned tasks. As a result a choice was made for benefit of the 1C: Consolidation software product created on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The branch of 1C-Rarus company was involved in project implementation.

Solution

At the first stage of the project the joint project team consisting of specialists of TD "Kama" and "1C-Rarus" was formed. The condition from the Customer was important restriction on the project – not to change information systems of affiliated enterprises, for an exception of additional financial loading. The joint project team created methodology of consolidation of the reporting of child communities, developed regulations of interaction of TD "Kama" and child communities. The command from the Customer took the most active part in the project that allowed to implement and work with the created system effectively.

Results

The key project task is carried out – control by the central office over process of providing management and accounting records with minimum loads on business processes of subsidiaries is set. As a result of a labor cost in subsidiaries were reduced by preparation of the reporting twice that gave notable economic effect of implementation of the 1C: Consolidation 8 program.

As a result of the executed project the company "TD "Kama" received the automated system of management company solving the following problems:

• The term of providing and processing of management and accounting records by child communities represents 1 day, according to the approved regulations;
• Organization of process of preparation, statement and budget performance monitoring. The management of TD "Kama" automatically obtains reliable information on budgets no later than 1 number of current month from the accounting system of subsidiaries;
• As a result of implementation of an information system the volume of receivables does not exceed indicators of TD "Kama" set by the management and is adjusted depending on market situation.

Implementation of the 1C Consolidation 8 Prof software product allowed TD "Kama" to reduce twice labor costs on reporting and to accelerate process of its formation by 10 times.

Opinion

Olga Krasnikova, head of development department "TD "Kama": "Creation of uniform consolidation center of the reporting of child communities allowed to reduce terms and labor input of formation of the consolidated statements. Since implementation of the 1C: Consolidation 8 Prof software product the quantity of errors in the reports connected with a human factor significantly decreased. We had an opportunity of operational obtaining summary reports and the regulated reporting that allows to plan effectively further development of our enterprise".
