Content

The 1C-Rarus company automated La Redoute company using the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product.

On start

The company management "La Redout Rus" made the decision to pass to a new automated system which would provide transparency of business processes, control of turnovers and optimization of work with clients.

For the solution of this task the 1C-Rarus company is invited. After market research of the software, software solutions "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8" were selected.

Solution

In the course of implementation are automated:

Sales management and purchases

  • Automation of blocks on sales management and purchases allowed to set operating control behind a status of orders of buyers and suppliers, to control payments and deliveries of goods by orders, to carry out adjustment and closing of supplier orders.
  • Considering specifics of activity of the Customer – use of a single corporate system of accounting of a trading activity, the subsystem of automatic data exchange about "1C: Trade Management 8" for formation of printed forms of primary documents according to requirements of the Russian legislation was created (TORG 12, receipt and cash orders, etc.)

Implementation of a subsystem allowed to reduce time expenditure by execution of documentation and processing of each order that increased performance of work of sales managers and logistics of the enterprise twice.

Management of warehouse stocks

  • Control automation by warehouse stocks allowed to adjust accurate control of trade inventories of the enterprise, to provide fixing of operations on a warehouse with the help of the relevant documents – goods receipt, movement of goods, sales of goods, inventory, etc., to centralize maintaining basic processes in uniform base.

Implementation of the block allowed to reduce number of commodity costs in warehouses and to lower by 50% time expenditure on assembly and obtaining the order.

Customer relationship management

  • The created management subsystem provides with customer relations storage of complete contact information on partners, allows to make a detailed portrait of the client, to define his requirements.
  • The developed reports on the history of customer interaction allow to carry out returns of goods in time, to control expired orders and payment.
  • For the analysis of incomplete transactions with buyers the specialized report taking into account features of trade by mail was implemented. The data received by drawing up the report allow to receive a transparent picture of work of post offices and courier services.
  • At the request of the Customer the report on unpaid orders is developed.
  • Proceeding from specifics of payment of the goods ordered according to the directory the reports allowing to control cash receipt on prepayment and nalozhny payment are created.
  • The specialized report on settlement from FGUP Russian Post by the orders sent by mail is implemented.
