"MMK Moscow trading house" implements the automation system of accounting of the enterprise

The 1C-Rarus company automated MMK Moscow Trading House LLC on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform: the unified information system allowing a message is created and to coordinate the main business processes of the Central office and five branches.

Solution

During the course of performance the project in MMK Moscow Trading House LLC specialists 1C-Rarus based on the products "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management" the end-to-end information system allowing to provide is implemented and implemented:

• Management of trade purchasing activity
• Conducting inventory accounting and logistics
• Daily formation of the regulated corporate reporting for the head company
• Obtaining the wide analytical reporting under all branches for acceptance of management decisions
• Maintaining accounting and tax statements

The Customer got the following advantages in a project deliverable:

• The unified information system including given on the main business processes of MMK Moscow Trading House LLC and its branches (RBD) is created. The reliability of the postponed information is provided, the problem of its consolidation and detailing is solved.
• A system provides daily formation of the corporate reporting on the Central office and branches for providing in the TD parent organization. Labor costs on reporting are reduced, at the same time, the structure of reports is expanded:
• Over 20 additional analytical reports are developed for receiving a detailed picture on operational activity of the company.
• The special software package of information transfer for loading in a corporate system of JSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works is created.
• Conducting inventory accounting is automated:
• The problem of a delay of information on warehouse transactions is solved.
• Now information on stock balance is available online. It allows to avoid a situation when the goods "are on sale twice", and allows to consider specifics of metal trade – a possibility of "overload" when implementing goods (a system sets coefficient of maximum "overload").
• A system allows to keep track of the status of goods: "in a warehouse", "in way", "it is accepted and it will be shipped".

100 jobs at the central office and 50 jobs in branches are automated.
