The company management of "VODAKO" signed the contract for IT outsourcing with Softline, having provided thereby uniform point of entry for solving of tasks of support and administration of services of the company, transparent reporting system, guarantees of confidentiality of information, the maximum effect of use of products and solutions, prompt responses on questions on a dedicated line of support (phone/e-mail/Help Desk).

Details

Within the agreement specialists of Softline perform monitoring and support of functionality of systems, administration and support of an anti-virus complex, check of receiving and installation of updates for an anti-virus complex, management, setup and control over the implementation of services of backup based on the products Symantec Backup Exec and service NTBackup.

The agreement provides service maintenance of network domain and file infrastructure, mail system, the internetwork Cisco filter and also service of additional services and diagnostics of problems and interaction with the companies providers: Internet services, services of a hosting of DNS zones, diagnostics, malfunction analysis and upgrade of the server IT equipment, service of application user programs.
