The 1C-Rarus company completed the project of complex automation of activity of the authorized representative of Peli company in Russia (Protecchen Enda Service company) based on the product "1C: Trade Management and customer relations (CRM)".
Tasks
On a decision instant about project implementation of implementation of a complex trade CRM system in the company there was a number of problems:
- there was no single system of order management, deliveries and sales;
- there were serious information losses due to separation of sales databases, finance and clients of the company;
- there were no management tools relationship with clients (CRM).
Opinion
The CEO "Protekshen of Enda Service" Alexander Smirennikov so comments on the arisen need of implementation of the CRM system: "We wanted that sales process from the first contact with the client before his date of transmission on service maintenance, became managed, controlled and transparent for all employees and, of course, the management".
As the partner in complex automation the 1C-Rarus company was selected. Within the project in Protecchen Enda Service company the necessary computer equipment and the system software was delivered and configured; the CRM system integrated with telephony (office automatic telephone exchange), the SMS and the fax is started.
Result
Business processes in the CRM system allowed to connect all divisions of the company in a whole, to set the high level of service of the company. "We accumulate the history of work with clients and analytics on each buyer. We use communicators for acceleration of customer service and reduction of operating costs on sales. As a result we received the uniform management tool customer relations, suppliers and partners", - Alexander Smirennikov noted.
