DocsVision in "BSH Household Appliances"

In BSH Bytovye pribory LLC company the project on development and deployment of a subsystem Approval of an electronic document management system of Docsvision is performed. A project objective was fall forward and transparency of process of approval of contracts.

The subsystem developed by PetroMS company Approval allowed to improve regarding convenience and differentiation of user rights the process of registration of a card of the contract existing in a system at the time of the beginning of the project. The subsystem Approval is implemented based on conventional process of approvals of an electronic document management system of Docsvision used in BSH Bytovye pribory LLC.

Thanks to the subsystem implemented during the project, process of approval of documents is simplified: the approval card with the list of the approving persons which is automatically completed by some rules is created by clicking of the button from a contract card: the user needs to add only necessary files and to start approval process. The report on approval from a contract card (or the supplementary agreement), in addition to data on the approval course, includes data on the contract for convenience of acquaintance and agreement signature by the director.

Besides, in case the employee delays approval process longer than fixed term, process is automatic with the corresponding comment. The solution allows to send automatically by e-mail of a reminder on approvals under which term expires and also reminders on some types of terms by the cards of contracts, persons responsible for them.

Approval treats advantages of a subsystem laconicism of the interface, automatic filling of some fields (calculation of values, values by default) and verification of the data entered by the user; the processes which are not requiring participation of the person are whenever possible automated by scripts in cards and Docsvision business processes that allows to exclude a human factor.
