The Artezio company which is a part of LANIT Group presented the new mobile solution allowing to take notes about meetings and events in May, 2012, using devices on the Android platform.
Today on Android Market it is possible to find a huge number of mobile applications of office appointment, however most of them are directed to the solution of a narrow circle of tasks. As showed market analysis results, most of users needs the universal solution with the simple interface which would allow to get access to necessary information quickly. The project team of the selected department of Artezio on mobile technologies set to itself the object to develop such office application which in read seconds would allow to create a meeting or an event and to enter all necessary information, using possibilities of the modern mobile phone on the Android platform.
The new solution of Artezio company was received by the name Meeting Tracker. The functionality of the application includes means for work with minutes of meetings (so-called meeting minutes). Basic functions include creation of text notes, photo, audio-and videos; a possibility of mailing of results of meetings to all participants by e-mail; a possibility of joint discussion of meetings on Web; planning of meetings by analogy with MS Outlook opportunities – a possibility of adding of the single or repeating events, reminders and notifications.
Thus, the application gives an opportunity to visually store minutes of meetings in the mobile phone. A one click creates a new meeting to which as the description it is possible to attach the photos filmed with the built-in camera or images from gallery, records from a dictophone or video / audio-fayly and also to enter important information or to leave comments. After that the application itself will integrate all information in the final document and will send the notice to all participants of a meeting. The application also allows to lay out results of a meeting on the Web page where it is possible to discuss each history record with colleagues.
