"1C-Rarus: A back office" in investment company Fried Finance

1C-Rarus completed automation of internal accounting in Fried Finance using the software product "1C-Rarus: Back office, edition 5". Upon termination of the project the company had an opportunity in the automatic mode to perform a number of labor-consuming transactions. For example, to reflect in accounting the stock exchange transactions through loading from reports of the broker according to the results of biddings, to load quotations from the files delivered by marketplaces in the txt, dbf or xls format.

The investment company Fried Finance is a team of the Russian specialists with ten-year experience in international financial markets. Since 2001 invests in actions of the largest brands of the world, participates in the IPO of the new technological companies and performs low-risk operations with the whole range of financial instruments. The company exercises professional trust management of assets and also gives to the clients an opportunity of the independent stock market trading.

The software product "1C-Rarus was as a result selected: A back office, edition 5" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform. The program easily adapts under requirements of investment or management company. The product considers requirements of National Association of Securities Market Participants and Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia for accounting of transactions in security market. The developer of the program - "1C-Rarus" - was invited for carrying out automation.

Upon termination of the project the investment company Fried Finance had an opportunity in the automatic mode to create the following report types: "* Profits and losses";

• "Remaining balance of the Central Bank";
• "Movement on the account";
• "The report of the client" with a possibility of sending by e-mail;
• "Register of bills of exchange";
• "Transaction journal with bills of exchange";
• Standard accounting reports;
• Quarterly statements according to the Resolution of Federal Commission for the Securities Market No. 33.

Software product "1C-Rarus: The back office, edition 5" allowed to keep separate account on dealer and broker transactions and also on transactions of trust management taking into account remunerations, commission expenses. In a new information system automatic loading of results of biddings of quotations from text, dbf or xls-files represented by MICEX or other exchange is conducted.
