Comstar Regions

Based on an open tender of Comstar Regions Ltd, the agreement on design of CATV and broadband Access network was signed with Telecom Consulting. The agreement provides design of network in a number of the cities of the Siberian macroregion, including such as: Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Biysk and others.

The project of multiservice network is developed using technology of "parallel" network — that allows to broadcast a signal of TV and to transfer data on the fiber-optic communication lines separate fibers coming to each connected building. Use of "parallel" network will allow the customer to broadcast without noises through CATV network a signal to 60 channels. The ShPD network will be arranged on a hybrid technology - FTTB – "optics to the building" and the coaxial cable inside — that will provide capacity at the level of connection of house switches not less than 1 Gbit/sec.

The total capacitance of projectible network in only one Novosibirsk will make more than 30900 households, and will cover more than 300 real estate. Upon the demand of the customer laying of network will be made in the existing cable sewerage at once — that completely will protect network from possible requirements of transfer, from city administration.

The project, in addition to construction of new objects, provides upgrade of already existing communication networks. So expansion of network is planned in Biysk where the CATV new network will cover 30000 households, ShPD network 11000, and in addition upgrade will affect ShPD network of 19,000 households.

Comstar Regions networks on the project of Telecom Consulting until the end of 2012 intend to complete the construction. The project of expansion of network in the Siberian region is not the first joint work Telecom Consulting and Comstar Regions, earlier representatives of the companies already had experience of effective cooperation on other projects of the customer.
