Contract management system and agreements in Russian Satellite Communications Company branch (TsKS "Bear Lakes")

Specialists of Infin company completed implementation of the automated control system for Public contracts and agreements in the Center of space communication Bear Lakes entering into structure of Russian Satellite Communications Company. It will allow to facilitate significantly the labor-consuming procedure of creation of agreements and contracts and also to increase efficiency of all involved services.

The module "Agreements" of a software package of Infin Management was taken as a basis of the solution. Thanks to a possibility of its flexible adaptation under needs of the final customer, the specialists of INFIN who were working in close connection with the staff of the Center of space communication Bear Lakes, developed technical specifications managed to find the solution practically for all tasks set by the management of the enterprise. It is important to note that it was made at the level of setup of a system without expensive intervention in its source code.

The received solution is from four primary partitions. The first of them received the name "Public contracts" and is called to simplify work with agreements of the corresponding direction. In it responsibles carry out preliminary preparation of the document with calculation of cost, the step-by-step schedule, structure of the price and other applications. Later under the contract account of receipt and a funds expenditure is kept; closing of works with drawing up acts of KS-2, KS-3, MH-1 for the report before the State customer. At last, documentary closing of the contract is provided.

The second section carries the name "Works agreements". There is a preliminary preparation of agreements with contractors for performance of Government contracts, calculation of cost of the works, the equipment and other components entering into structure of the price is made. An important component of this section is distribution of the money which arrived from the State customer between contractors and contractors under agreements. At last, acceptance of the equipment with the subsequent transfer under installation to other contractor and closing of all works as acts is made.

The third section Supplementary agreements intends for drawing up and accounting of supplementary agreements under Public contracts and agreements, both on validity period, and at the cost of works.

The fourth section - Reports. Here preparation and printing of various report forms on cash flow and also on the planned and performed works is performed.

The made implementation once again showed that using solutions of Infin company it is possible to automate activity of the enterprises of any scale, and qualification of specialists of the company allows to do it in the short time. At the same time especially it should be noted work on the project from the staff of the Center of space communication Bear Lakes. So successful result would not manage to achieve without orientation of the management of TsKS "Bear Lakes" to implementation of the innovative technologies of management and also an active position of employees.
