The consulting company started in the spring of 2012 an implementation project of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system in PROEKT Management Company LLC. On the basis of the carried-out analysis the management of UK "PROJECT" stopped the choice on the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and implementation entrusted specialists of WillMore.

The management of UK "PROJECT" defined the following key project objectives:
- The organization of process of monitoring and control of cash flow in holding;
- Introduction of a single system of input and synchronization of data;
- Consolidation of cash flow and budgets.
The implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is performed on methodology of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step which includes stages of diagnostics, the analysis, design, development, deployment and operation. After carrying out the analysis of business processes of the company, specialists of WillMore started design of a system within which the following tasks will be solved:
- Unification of the analytical signs used by the different accounting systems and the different companies of holding;
- Implementation of a management system for requests for payment;
- Control of cash flow on all companies entering into holding;
- Implementation of a budgeting system and plan-fact analysis (Management of cash flows);
- Consolidation of data.
In UK "PROJECT" the Russian accounting system of 1C for automation of separate business processes is used. During the project bilateral exchange on analytical dimensions, partners, bank accounts and cash desks will be performed.
End of stages of design and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is planned by September, 2012.
